Palace City Pedalers Bike Club is a vibrant biking community-based in the Mitchell, South Dakota area, established to help more people discover a love of biking and the great outdoors. Single and family memberships help us maintain and expand the local trail and track system, host events and give back to people and organizations in need. As a bike club member, you will receive emails about upcoming rides and events, trail conditions, volunteering, trail maintenance opportunities, and more. You will also get to know a great network of people from all walks of life who share the joy of biking.
Current Board Members
President: Clayton Deuter
Clayton is an avid biker who travels the country in search of great rides, and is thrilled to be part of the amazing trail system right here in Mitchell. He loves riding with his family and his friends from Palace City Pedalers and can be found on the trails every chance he gets.
Vice-President: Joe Krall
Joe grew up on Lake Mitchell and is an advocate of outdoor recreation, especially on and around the lake. Joe’s love of riding puts him on the trails as much as possible, both riding and helping with trail maintenance.
Chet Edinger
Chet is a founding member of the Palace City Pedalers. He enjoys both road and mountain biking in his limited free time. Chet is very active on the Tour de Corn committee.
Treasurer: Kourtney Denne
Kourtney is a certified accountant and a partner in operating her husband Cody’s local bike shop, Ron’s Bike Shop. She enjoys a great road or trail ride and being a part of the Mitchell biking community.
